Alexander Lukashenko officially welcomed our President Massoud Medesian on Wednesday, August 6.
At the ceremony, the National Anthem of the Islamic Republic of Iran and then the National Anthem of the Republic of Belarus was played by the ceremonial unit in the field.
After the official welcome ceremony, the presidents of the two countries will meet privately and hold a joint meeting of the High -High Iranian and Belarusian delegations.
The two countries also signed several agreements and cooperation documents during the trip.
Meeting with Senate and MPs, as well as meeting with Iranians living in Belarus, are other plans for the trip.
According to IRNA, Massoud Mediian arrived on Tuesday, August 6, at the invitation of Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko for an official trip.
On arrival in Belarus, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran paid tribute to the homeland’s memorial at the Victori Square.
He had previously met with Armenian Iranians, Iranians and economic activists in Armenia.
