Sharif Mohammadi, a labor activist, was previously sentenced to death by the first branch of the Rasht Revolutionary Court. Following the reinstatement of the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court had referred the verdict to the Branch for numerous objections, including his lack of contact with armed operations, failure to prove membership in the organization or gardens, as well as bugs in the theory of regulatory, violations and cases.
